1. **Workflow Management**: Coordinate and optimize the workflow within the studio to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of projects. Assign tasks to team members, set priorities, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.

2. **Resource Allocation**: Allocate resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials effectively to maximize productivity and efficiency. Ensure that the studio has the necessary resources to fulfill client orders and meet quality standards.

3. **Production Planning**: Develop production schedules and plans based on client orders, project requirements, and available resources. Coordinate with the design team, print production staff, and suppliers to ensure that production targets are met.

4. **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control processes to ensure that all design work, printed materials, and corporate gifts meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues.

5. **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, and finished products related to print production and corporate gifting. Monitor inventory levels, place orders for replenishment, and optimize inventory turnover to minimize waste and storage costs.

6. **Vendor Management**: Identify and evaluate suppliers and vendors for print production, packaging materials, and corporate gifts. Negotiate contracts, establish relationships, and monitor vendor performance to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.

7. **Cost Management**: Monitor production costs, overhead expenses, and operating budgets to ensure that operations remain within budgetary constraints. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to enhance profitability.

8. **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards within the studio environment. Implement policies and procedures to promote a safe and healthy workplace for employees and visitors.

9. **Technology Integration**: Evaluate and implement technology solutions to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance service offerings. Leverage software tools for project management, production scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.

10. **Customer Service Support**: Provide support to the sales and customer service teams by coordinating order fulfillment, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues related to production and delivery. Maintain open communication channels with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

11. **Process Improvement**: Continuously review and analyze operational processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement process enhancements, automation solutions, and best practices to increase productivity and reduce lead times.

12. **Team Leadership and Development**: Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
