**Profile : Operation Executive**

**Salary Upto 3.6 LPA**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Owning the business and operations responsibilities for your region.
- Ensure great customer experience at 10-20 Hudle sports venues by managing each and every operational aspect.
- Ensure the venues are always in great operational condition and running smoothly.
- Ensure quick reporting and resolution of issues in their assigned venues.
- Manage a team of venue executives deployed at each venue
- Work towards increasing revenues in their assigned venues by providing great customer experience and value-added services.
- Weekly and monthly performance reporting of venues.
- Represent Hudle with high ownership, integrity and professionalism.
- Develop an expertise in sports infra, Sports operations, community building, and monetization.
- Develop an expertise in Hudle consumer and partner apps.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's Degree in any field with a keen interest in using technology to standardize large-scale on-ground operations.
- 1 + years of experience in business and operations management.
- Past experience in retail, QSR, and sports is important.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A keen eye for attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with Technology.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
