Sales Officer

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented **Sales Officer** with 2-4 years of experience in sales to help expand our dealer network and increase sales revenue. The Sales Officer will manage dealer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support sales through effective communication and strategic planning.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Lead Management**: Respond to customer inquiries, generate leads, and facilitate sales through dealers.
- **Dealer Onboarding & Management**: Help onboard new dealers and support their sales activities.
- **Negotiation & Deal Finalization**: Pitch products, negotiate terms with dealers, and close deals efficiently.
- **Customer Retention & After-Sales Support**: Ensure customer and dealer satisfaction through timely after-sales service and issue resolution.
- **Market Research & Strategy**: Assist in identifying new market opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales and expand dealer networks.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Fluency in English and Hindi**:
- 1-4 years of experience in **sales** or **business development**.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with dealers and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
