**Job Summary**:
As a Field Sales Executive specializing in software sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospects, and closing sales deals. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our software solutions and delivering compelling value propositions to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and research.
- Develop a deep understanding of the target market and key industry trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business goals.
- **Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company objectives and market demands.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales deals in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- **Market Intelligence and Feedback**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments, providing insights and feedback to internal teams.
- Continuously gather customer feedback and insights to inform product enhancements and improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven track record of success in software sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software products and solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
