Job Description: Commercial Executive (Manufacturing Unit - Offline Sales)

As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our offline sales team in the role of Commercial Executive.

Position Overview: As a Commercial Executive for our manufacturing unit, you will play a vital role in driving our offline sales operations. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on generating sales and achieving targets, while also ensuring the smooth execution of commercial activities within the manufacturing unit.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence for Candes products in the offline retail sector.

Identify and engage with potential distributors and retailers, negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing business relationships.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.

Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers, resolving any supply chain issues that may arise.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports, including sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Conduct regular store visits to assess product availability, visibility, and merchandising, and provide guidance and support to retail partners.

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.

Stay up to date with industry developments, new product launches, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the market.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.

Proven experience in a similar role within the electrical appliances or consumer goods industry, with a focus on offline sales and distribution.

Strong understanding of the manufacturing process and supply chain management.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data to make informed decisions.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and visit retail outlets.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
