**Job Title**: Admin Executive - Admissions at Harsha Institutions, Thyamagondlu Hobli, Nelamangala Taluk, Bengaluru.
**Qualification and Experience**: Graduate with 60% marks. Experience of atleast 3 to 5 years as Admissions coordinator in an educational institution. Good knowledge in MS Word and Excel.
**Responsibilities**: The Admin Executive - Admissions requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Some of the key roles and responsibilities are as follows:
**Communication**:Respond to inquiries from prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders regarding the admissions process, requirements, and deadlines.
Provide information about programs, courses, fees, and other relevant details.
**Admissions Coordination**:Schedule and coordinate admissions tests, interviews, and other evaluation processes. Collaborate with faculty and staff to evaluate applicants' qualifications. Compile and present admission recommendations to the admissions committee.
**Documentation and Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of admitted students. Generate admission letters, offer packages, and other relevant documents.
**Database Management**:Update and manage the student information database with admission-related data. Generate reports and statistics related to admissions for analysis and decision-making.
**Events and Outreach**:Assist in organizing and participating in college fairs, open houses, and other recruitment events. Conduct campus tours for prospective students and their families.
**Collaboration**:Work closely with other departments (academic, finance, student affairs) to ensure a seamless transition for admitted students. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop admissions-related promotional materials.
**Admissions Policies and Compliance**:Stay updated on college admissions policies, regulations, and compliance requirements. Ensure that the admissions process follows established guidelines and ethical standards.
**Orientation and Onboarding**:Participate in new student orientation programs and provide information to help new students acclimate to the college.
**Data Analysis**:Analyze admissions data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement in the admissions process.
**Continuous Improvement**:Participate in regular meetings and discussions to improve the admissions process and enhance the overall student experience.
**Confidentiality**:Maintain confidentiality of student information and adhere to data protection regulations.
**Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer service to applicants and their families throughout the admissions journey.
