We are seeking a dedicated Export Executive to join our dynamic team and help drive our international trade operations.
**Job Summary**: The Export Executive will manage and coordinate the export process, ensuring that products are shipped in compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. This role involves liaising with internal departments, external partners, and customers to facilitate smooth and efficient export operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Export Documentation**:
- Prepare and process export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- **Logistics Coordination**:
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to manage shipping schedules and track shipments.
- Monitor the status of shipments and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Communicate with international customers to provide updates on shipment status, resolve issues, and address inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:
- Stay updated on international trade laws, export controls, and tariffs to ensure compliance.
- Implement and maintain procedures to adhere to export regulations and standards.
- **Internal Coordination**:
- Collaborate with the sales, production, and finance departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Provide support for export-related queries and issues from internal teams.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in developing strategies for expanding the company’s international presence.
- **Reporting**:
- Prepare and maintain export reports, including performance metrics, shipment tracking, and financial documentation.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving export operations.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 years of experience in export operations or a related role.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of export documentation, logistics, and international trade regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with export management software.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
