**Marketing - Job Description - 2 Position ( 1 Vadodara/1 Ahmedabad **) As a Marketing professional for a Manufacturing company making orthopedic implants, maxillofacial implants, and instruments, your primary responsibility is to develop and implement marketing strategiesthat will increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. You will be responsible for creatingand executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and traditional media, and analyzing the effectiveness of these campaigns. Key responsibilities may include:
1. Developing marketing strategies: You will be responsible for developing marketing strategiesthat align with the organization's business objectives and target audience. This includes conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences, analyzing competitors' marketing strategies, and developing marketing plans that incorporate theseinsights.

2. Creating marketing materials: You will be responsible for creating marketing materials suchasbrochures, flyers, and product catalogs. This includes working with the organization's design team to ensure that marketing materials are visually appealing and effectively communicatetheorganization's value proposition.

4. Coordinating events: You will be responsible for coordinating events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars. This includes managing logistics, developing promotional materials, and ensuring that events are executed smoothly.

5. Analyzing campaign performance: You will be responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting on key performance metrics. This includes using toolssuch as Google Analytics to track website traffic and engagement, as well as analyzing salesdata to determine the impact of marketing campaigns on revenue.

6. Managing budgets: You will be responsible for managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively across different channels and campaigns. This includes monitoring campaign costs and adjusting budgets as necessary to ensure that marketingactivities arecost-effective.

7. Must have sold Orthopedic Equipments.

Qualifications for a Marketing professional for a Manufacturing company making orthopedic implants, maxillofacial implants, and instruments may include:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiplechannels.

3. Experience in the medical device industry, specifically in the orthopedic or maxillofacialimplant space, is preferred.

4. Need to have prior experience in orthopaedic supply

6. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously and meet deadlines.

7. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clear and persuasive copy formarketing materials.

8. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze campaign data and make data
- drivendecisions.

9. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop innovativemarketing strategies that drive results.

10. Strong attention to detail, including the ability to ensure that marketing materials are errorfreeand comply with branding guidelines.

11. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

12. Yrs of Experience - 4 to 6yrs Salary - 3 to 4 LPA

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
