**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Work closely with the partner of packers and movers business to understand their branding material needs and requirements.

2.Educate and persuade partners to purchase and use branding materials such as carton boxes, tapes, foam sheets, and t-shirts.

3.Develop and implement strategies to increase the adoption and usage of branding materials among partners.

4.Monitor and track the adherence and usage of branding materials by partners on the ground.

5.Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on the adoption and usage of

branding materials.

6.Identify and address any issues or challenges related to the adoption and usage of branding materials.

7.Assist the city operations team in improving metrics like on-time arrival and delivery.

**Skill**:
1.Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role is preferred.

2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

4.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5.Strong organisational and time management skills.

6.Knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry is a plus.

7.Willingness to travel to meet with partners on the ground.
