1. Understanding Technical Requirements:
Thoroughly comprehend clients' Solar related requirements and specifications to provide accurate information and solutions.
2. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest Solar products and technologies to effectively guide customers in their purchasing decisions. (In-house training will be provided)
3. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of our products or services, addressing any client concerns or technical issues.
4. Technical Support: Provide post-sales support, troubleshoot technical problems, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about regulations and compliance standards about Solar industry, ensuring that clients are aware of and adhere to relevant guidelines.
6. Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, anticipating their future needs and providing ongoing support to enhance customer loyalty.
7. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding our products or services, and convey insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
8. Problem Resolution:
Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to resolve any issues promptly, maintaining a positive relationship.
