**Job Title**: Internal Sales Coordinator
**Location**: Vaishali, Ghaziabad
As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer orders, processing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. You’ll work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure efficient sales operations and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Order Management**: Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Handle order discrepancies and ensure resolution.
- **Customer Interaction**: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and product information.
- **Sales Support**: Prepare and send accurate quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
- **CRM & Data Management**: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for follow-ups and sales opportunities.
- **Collaboration with Teams**: Work closely with the sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Generate sales reports and assist in analyzing customer trends to identify new sales opportunities.
- **Administrative Duties**: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining sales documentation.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision in handling orders, processing data, and preparing documentation to ensure accuracy.
- **Customer Service Focus**: Ability to engage with customers professionally, providing exceptional service and resolving issues effectively.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with CRM or ERP systems is preferred but not required.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn new skills, adapt to evolving sales processes, and grow within the role.
- **Team Collaboration**: Strong team player who can work effectively with colleagues across departments to achieve sales and company goals.
**Desirable Experience**:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales systems is advantageous.
