Who We're Looking For

Responsible for expertise support on transactional service settlement operations support work, A2P SMS/IPX voice service settlement administration work, backend settlement system maintenance, customer info management, and other on-demanded settlement operations work.

Some of What You'll Do

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Participate in cross team or cross service settlement operations related project, and add value to program discussions and issues resolving.
- Create or propose technical solutions when faced with a new complex system issue or process issue.
- Analyze root cause of outstanding settlement operation issues, develop and implement strategies to prevent recurrence.
- Provide guidelines and trainings to settlement operation engineers for settlement operation work realizations.
- Consultants on service administration, backend settlement system management, customer info management system related issues like recommended resolutions, proposed plans, manipulation manuals, potential issues, impacts etc.
- Expertise management of customer info in centralized data center. Support data center maintenance, upgrade, project management etc.
- Expertise service administration for A2P/IPX voice service customers/vendors to support real-time cost/price/coverage/least cost route management;
- Expertise settlement operations of customers to support correct provisioning, correct billings and invoicing, correct web reporting, and other settlement related data’s quality.
- Expertise routine maintenance and troubleshooting of backend settlement system of all transactional services.
- Backend settlement system new feature proposal, enhancement proposal, coordination with R&D, operations, marketing and other function teams for system upgrade, functions verification etc.
- Expertise data analysis based on settlement data for business related teams to support business related decisions. Coordination for resolutions of operation issues detected in data analysis.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Communication, Computer Science and related departments.
- 5+ years of experience in system engineering or similar functions in IT, computer, and telecommunications related industries.
- Preferably wireless service, messaging service, value-added service settlement operations related experience.
- Familiar with Linux System operations.
- Familiar with MySQL operations.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software;
- Excellent at Excel, PPT, Word;
- Good oral and writing English. Pass CET 6 or equivalent.
- Strong team leadership, interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to handle and manage multiple tasks required.
- Good team work spirit. Self-motivated.
- Good logical thinking ability and problem solving capability.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good business sense. Sensitive to numbers.
- Financial accountability. Process data carefully and accurately.
- Good time management ability to ensure service delivery on time.
- Pay attention to details and follow procedures.
- Respond in a timely manner to Ad Hoc requests from client.
