**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and propose IT solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Prepare sales contracts and agreements, and negotiate terms.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful project implementation.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competition.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report on sales activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in IT sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
