We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our Founder's Office team. As a

Founder's Office Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the founder, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. **Responsibilities**:
1. Administrative Support: Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the founder's office, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

2. Calendar Management: Maintain the founder's calendar, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks and appointments.

3. Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements, to facilitate the founder's business trips and engagements.

4. Document Management: Organize and maintain important documents, contracts, and confidential information, ensuring easy accessibility and adherence to data protection policies.

5. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, venue selection, and guest coordination.

6. Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the founder and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries, requests, and information dissemination effectively.

7. Project Support: Provide support to the founder in various projects, conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting with presentations as required.

8. Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing business data and generating reports to aid decision
- making and strategy development.

9. Office Operations: Oversee the smooth functioning of the office by managing supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.

10. Ad hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the founder to contribute to the overall success of the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with accounting or recruiting industries is a plus.

**Working Days and Timings**:
The position requires a commitment to working from Monday to Saturday, starting from 10 am to 7 pm.

**Work Location**:
The work location is Ithum Tower, Sector 62, Noida.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- During the probation period of three months, the salary will range from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
- After the probation period, the salary will be in the range of ₹2-3 LPA (Lakh per annum).
- Additional benefits such as paid-time off and performance-based incentives will be provided.
