As a Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing ticket sales and reservations. Your primary goal is to ensure smooth and efficient ticketing operations while delivering excellent customer service to clients.
- Process ticket sales accurately and efficiently using ticketing software or systems.
- Provide information on ticket prices, schedules, routes, seating options, and any other relevant details.
- Handle customer complaints, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with other departments or agencies to resolve issues related to ticketing or reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, transactions, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special offers, discounts, and packages to increase ticket sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in ticketing and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the ticketing manager or supervisor.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
