**Job Summary**:
The Nursing Staff at AnkitGram Sewadham Ashram is responsible for providing essential healthcare, ensuring the physical well-being and comfort of our residents. This role requires patience, empathy, and strong clinical skills to address a range of health needs in a supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Resident Care and Health Management**:

- Provide basic medical care, administer medication, dress wounds, and monitor the health conditions of residents.
- Assist in daily living activities for residents, including feeding, bathing, and mobility assistance, as needed.
- Conduct routine health checks, monitor vital signs, and document resident health updates.
- **Medical Coordination and Support**:

- Work closely with doctors and healthcare providers, providing support during medical visits and procedures.
- Ensure proper administration of treatments, medications, and therapies as prescribed.
- Coordinate with caretakers and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate health records, document treatment plans, and update resident files daily.
- Report any changes in health or behavior to senior medical staff promptly.
- **Hygiene and Sanitation**:

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, ensuring hygiene and infection control practices are followed.
- Educate and assist residents with personal hygiene practices to promote comfort and well-being.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies, performing first aid and coordinating emergency care as needed.
- Maintain readiness for any medical situation, ensuring emergency supplies and equipment are always prepared.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma in Nursing (GNM) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) from an accredited institution.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in nursing, ideally in elderly care, mental health, or community healthcare settings.
- **Skills**: Compassionate patient care, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in Hindi; basic knowledge of English is beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ₹8,222.13 - ₹27,045.22 per month
