**Responsibilities**:
- Providing quality and compassionate care to patients.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes or abnormalities.
- Assisting in patient management, including admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans.
- Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records.
- Educating patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
- Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- B.Sc. in Nursing degree from a recognized institution.
- Must be a registered nurse in Madhya Pradesh.
- Proven experience as a nursing staff member is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks with efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
