**Responsibilities:

**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

**Client Relationship Management**:Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and advertising requirements.
Collaborate with clients to develop customized advertising solutions that align with their goals.

**Consultative Selling**:Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' advertising needs.
Recommend appropriate advertising strategies, formats, and platforms.
Present and pitch advertising proposals effectively, highlighting the value and benefits.

**Sales Targets and Quotas**:Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed.

**Market and Competitor Analysis**:Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Adapt sales approaches based on market insights and emerging opportunities.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with the advertising team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Liaise with internal teams (creative, production, marketing) to deliver on clients' expectations.

**Negotiation and Closing**:Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contract terms with clients.
Secure signed contracts and agreements to close sales.

**Sales Reporting and Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.

**Language:
