Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with business objectives
- Identify and research potential influencers for brand collaborations and partnerships
- Manage relationships with influencers, negotiate contracts, and oversee campaign execution
- Create and manage content calendars for influencer partnerships, ensuring timely delivery of assets and posts
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, using data to optimize future campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, social media, and PR, to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our influencer marketing programs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or related field
- Proven track record of successful influencer marketing campaigns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
