Accounts & Admin Executive

We are currently seeking a passionate _**Accountant with an admin role**_ to join our team in Bangalore.
**Responsibilities**:
- 1. Record keeping and Documentation._
- 2. Accounting entries and Bookkeeping_
- 3. Compliances of all statutory matters including PF and ESI_
- 4. Process vendor invoices and payment_
- 5. Payment of Statutory dues_
- 6. Process reimbursement forms and payments_
- 7. Review and file payroll documents_
- 8. Create and update expense and reimbursement reports._
- 9. Participate in quarterly and annual audits._
- 10. Travel Govt. offices or other places for statutory and Admin natured job_
- 11. Admin natured works of office including vendor negotiations._
**Required Skills and Experience**:
1. Strong MS office skills
2. Must know local language (Kannada)
3. BCom or CA Inter
4. Knowledge of Accounts and compliances
**Location: Bangalore**
**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
