Company has a fixed customer data-based; CRM will keep in touch with clients via tele-call to generate business, daily make 25 connected calls
- 25days working = 600 client’s handover to each CSR

**Job Summary:

- **
- Tele-calling on contacts for new business inquiry, ask feedback, collect references, etc.
- Sales Follow-Up and After Sales Coordination
- Client Retention, New Client Development
- Respond inquiry, follow welcome greeting process, understand client requirement, and forward RF to concern product dept.
- Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies, Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
