**Job Description - Associate Editor - Video Head**

**Key Responsibilities:

- **

Ø **Responsible for video assets (on every platform)**

**Asset Creation: -** Collaborate with team to deliver creative assets like video, gifs, stop motion, etc, decoding creative briefs, Planning video production from pre to post including motion graphics/animations. Conduct pre-production meetings, oversee shoot execution, manage color grading, and finalize cuts for high production ads, social media content, and in-house events.

**Video Language and consistency**: Showcase consistency and determine a clear video language that showcases brand personality & tonality (as set by leadership) in the most thumb-stopping and understandable manner

**Quality Check**: Maintain a close check on everyday video creative assets on all platforms, conducting quality assurance to uphold high standards.

Ø **Team Management**

Ø Build a robust team that delivers creative assets at the highest quality

Ø Create processes that decrease the TAT and increase efficiency

Ø Actively participate in the growth & up skilling of each individual in the team and instill team culture

Ø Manage daily briefs from different marketing teams of the company

Ø Create cross-department processes to help each team reach the highest efficiency & quality creative assets

Ø **Innovation**

Ø Help the brand evolve in its visual identity over the years, keeping in mind the mission & vision of the company

Ø Constantly bring new ideas to the table that will help achieve brand & performance objectives

Ø Bring new ways in the team to better quality and maintain a high motivating environment

**Must have skills:

- **

Ø Proficient in major video editing software’s such as Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop is a must.

Ø 5+ years of experience in end-to-end video production across.

Ø Previous work experience in Media industry is a plus.

Ø Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of editors, motion designers and videographers effectively.

Ø Hands-on experience in operating all cameras.

Ø Exceptional storytelling skills with a keen attention to detail.

Ø Ability to determine a clear video language that aligns with brand personality and tonality.

Ø Demonstrated ability to ensure consistency in all video creative assets, including topical campaigns.

Ø Quality assurance mindset, ensuring everyday video creative assets meet high standards on all platforms.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Rotational shift
