**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Content Creation**:

- Write, edit, and proofread news articles, features, and show scripts in Hindi.
- Develop engaging and informative content that aligns with the company’s editorial standards and guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all written content.
- **Research**:

- Conduct thorough research on various topics to produce well-informed and factual content.
- Stay updated with current events, trending topics, and audience preferences.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with editors, producers, and other team members to brainstorm ideas and develop content strategies.
- Collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, and other multimedia professionals to create visually appealing content.
- **Content Management**:

- Manage and organize content archives for easy retrieval and reference.
- Adhere to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **SEO and Audience Engagement**:

- Optimize content for search engines to increase visibility and reach.
- Engage with the audience through comments, social media, and other platforms to build a strong community.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Hindi Literature, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in news writing, scriptwriting, or content production in Hindi.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent command of the Hindi language, with strong grammar and writing skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems and basic SEO practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in digital media, television, or radio.
- Familiarity with multimedia production tools and software.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Work Environment:

- Fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- May require working non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
