**Responsibilities**
- Handing entire Recruitment efficiently till on boarding, Joining, Induction, Orientation. Filling positions within an organization.
- Handling of record-keeping.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Networking with various institutions and social media.
- Performing reference and background checks.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
- Good time management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Ms office (Excel, MS Word, power point).
- Excellent record keeping.
- Qualification
- Education: MBA (HR) or similar.

**Experience**
- Exp.: 1 -2 years in IT Recruitment.
- Salary
- 15-20k (negotiable upto 25k not more).
