We are looking for **TERRITORY SALES INCHARGE (TSI) **to join our growing team of **RUCHAK, INDIA, **who can take the responsibility for creating FMCG distributors, calling prospective customers, explaining our product, and guiding them through their purchase process.
**Salary-** 15K-18K
**Experience**: 2-4 years in FMCG Food & Beverage sector
**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
- Generate new customer leads through various channels
- Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned
- Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services
- Promote specific products as directed by upper management
- Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
- Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made
**Skills**
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
- Proficient in using Sales Application
- Proven track record in sales environment
- Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month

- Puri, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
