**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Growth**:Achieve and exceed sales targets for Ruchak Indian Snacks in the assigned territory.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

**Distributor Management**:Recruit, train, and manage a network of distributors to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
Build strong relationships with distributors, providing support and guidance to optimize their performance.
Monitor distributor performance and address issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
