International Recruiter

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans for international positions.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and conducting reference checks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations to expand the talent pool.
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and legal requirements for international recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement onboarding programs for international hires.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at career fairs, conferences, and networking events.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a recruiter, preferably with international recruitment exposure.
- Familiarity with global labor markets, employment laws, and visa/immigration regulations.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness of different business customs and practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required.
