**Job Summary**:
Seeking an experienced AVP with a strong experience in an IT Services company within the BFSI sector, including emerging technologies and digital transformation to join our company as a key leader in the BFSI domain. The AVP will drive strategic initiatives, manage client relationships, and ensure efficient operations. Strong BFSI knowledge, leadership skills, and cross-functional collaboration abilities are essential.

**Skills (Must Have)**:

- Drive client retention and expansion through exceptional service delivery and proactive relationship management.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, adherence to quality standards, and client SLA achievement.
- Identify and pursue new BFSI business opportunities, leveraging existing and new partnerships.
- Optimize efficiency and productivity by analyzing operational metrics, implementing process enhancements, and leading a high-performing team.

**Skills (Good To Have)**:

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to create compelling proposals and presentations, showcasing our value proposition.
- Conduct risk assessments, implement controls, and stay updated on evolving regulations and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with BFSI regulations and industry standards, prioritizing risk management and data security.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive BFSI experience, demonstrating leadership and success.
- Business acumen, identifying growth opportunities and driving strategic initiatives.
- Comprehensive understanding of BFSI risk management, compliance, and regulations.
