**Profile Introduction**:
As a Personal Secretary, you will be entrusted with providing high-level administrative support to an individual or a team of executives. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the organization and managing the executive's professional and personal affairs efficiently. You will act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining confidentiality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external parties.
- Handle personal tasks and errands for the executive, as required.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively address them.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
