**About the Job Opportunity**

The job will require hands-on assistance in all advisory, liasoning and litigation matters, and is a good opportunity for anyone considering a career in a law firm/ in-house legal counsel.
- Liasoning and Compliance:_ Coordination with various stakeholders to organise and streamline information towards meeting the various compliance deadlines of the company.
- Preparation of research notes:_ The team is confronted with complex legal problems which will require collation of relevant documents, researching positions of laws and drafting notes.
- Monitoring/ observing litigations:_ Wherever the team has to deal with litigations in Delhi/ Jaipur/ Gurgaon, whether appear ourselves/ brief external counsels, the intern may be asked to attend those.
- Research on various points of law.
- Read & update laws/byelaws/rules & regulation applicable on housing (Conversion rules, Building bye laws, Township policy, RERA Rules, Labour cess act, Environmental clearance, CTE, CTO, IBC, SARFAESI etc.)
- Coordination with site approvals team.
- Legal due diligence of land parcels
- Litigation handling

**Key skills needed**
- Should have pursued a BA LLB or an equivalent course (whether 5 years or 3 years) from a reputed university
- Should have had prior internship experience,
- Good drafting, research and communication skills

**Stipend**
- Rs 5000-8000 per month
- Certificate of Internship.
