**Responsibilities**
- Identify and promote best practices for data management, and provide oversight for all activities related to data cleansing, data retention, data quality and data consolidation
- Manage data mapping, data reconciliation and data conversion in all projects
- Provide project support to ensure delivery of high-quality product, in accordance with the specifications
- Gather and maintain an overall list of the company’s system enhancement priorities in designated area of responsibility
- Effectively communicate project expectations to direct manger, team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Act as liaison with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments to support project demands if necessary
- Develop and deliver requirements documentation and presentations in conjunction with Business analysts
- Conduct project post mortems to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Defining functional and data requirements around ongoing upcoming product features to deliver analytics MIS and dash boards
- Part of the team providing and assisting in reports and maintaining data of each line of business.

**Qualifications**
- Master's in similar areas preferred
- 2 - 4 years of experience in MIS.
- Advanced Excel and Reports
- System Development Life Cycle methodology and experience
- Professional communication with all levels due to a high visibility role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work independently within the team
- Minimum qualifications Graduate/MBA/CA/Inter CA with hands-on experience on Ms Applications - in particular Ms Excel, Ms Access and Ms PowerPoint

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Paid sick time
- Paid time off

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
