**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Maintains call centre database by entering information.
- Graduated high school, but a bachelor's degree in commerce or related fields is preferred.
- Good communication skills
- Prior experience with customer service and call centres in relevant job roles
- Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.
- Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.
**Note *Should be ready to work in shift**
