Liaison Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a primary point of contact between the company and government officials. - Collect, review, and submit essential documents for tenders, permits, and approvals related to roadwork and civil projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with government bodies, district collectors, village officials, and other relevant authorities.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, site inspections, and official visits.
- Track and manage all documentation related to ongoing projects, including reports, permits, and licenses.
- Prepare reports on project progress and ensure all necessary paperwork is filed promptly.
- Support the project team in securing tenders by providing the required documentation and adhering to submission deadlines.
- Handle any issues, queries, or clarifications from government agencies related to project documentation

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of government processes and tendering procedures.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with government officials.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
