We specialize in providing top-notch real estate services to our clients, and we are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Coordinator to join our team in India. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our real estate transactions across these key markets.

Position Overview:
**This role requires to work in PST / CST/ EST**

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough audits of residential real estate contracts and transactions in accordance with company policies and relevant state laws, with a primary focus on Texas, Florida, and California.
- Review and analyze real estate contracts, agreements, and associated documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to resolve discrepancies and address audit findings.
- Maintain comprehensive records of audit results, track issues, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in real estate laws and regulations in the specified regions and ensure company processes align with legal requirements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of audit protocols, guidelines, and best practices.
- Participate in training and mentoring junior audit support staff to ensure consistent and accurate auditing processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with external auditors or regulatory bodies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential real estate contact auditing.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in real estate transactions, specifically in Texas, Florida, and California.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices in the specified regions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a naturally meticulous approach.
- Proficiency in using auditing software and tools.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Relevant certifications or credentials in real estate auditing or compliance (preferred).
