**Responsibilities**:
Workflow Optimization: Analyze current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions utilizing MS Office tools and functionalities.

Training and Development: Design and deliver engaging training programs to equip employees with the necessary MS Office skills for their roles.

Automation and Macros: Create macros and automate repetitive tasks to boost efficiency and reduce manual workload across the organization.

Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex MS Office issues, resolve user queries, and provide technical support.

Strategic Consulting: Advise leadership on technology adoption, integration, and utilization of MS Office tools to achieve organizational goals.

Staying Current: Proactively stay updated on the latest MS Office features, updates, and best practices through continuous learning.

**Additional Responsibilities (Depending on the Organization)**:
Manage and oversee a team of MS Office specialists.

Develop and implement standards and best practices for MS Office usage.

Lead the migration to new versions of MS Office or cloud-based solutions.

Partner with IT department to ensure seamless integration of MS Office with other technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- US shift
