**Job Title**: Expert - Business Support, Trainer

**RCS Grade**: L

**Job Location**: DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) GSC, India (Mumbai)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive End-To-End Trainings and supporting Training Administration activities for Global HR pertaining to their training needs. You will be responsible for supporting our Global IT in terms of delivering trainings and addressing to all administrative tasks within the timelines and quality parameters in line with overall business objectives and needs, and group guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Possess strong knowledge of O365/M365/One Drive and other Microsoft products and it’s use
- Deliver trainings globally in terms of IT topics via virtual mode
- Update training curriculum as per IT and Training guidelines
- Support various rollouts and changes to the IT systems under the ISM remit
- Prepare educative materials, tips and tricks and information bulletins to be published globally
- Create training schedules for various locations considering locations and time-zones
- Understand different training management systems (My Talent World for DHL) and assist business partners in achieving timely completeness and being compliant
- Keep yourself updated to various changes in Microsoft products
- Understand customer and key stakeholder’s interests and concerns. Advise direct reports, customers, and key stakeholders
- Act as a key contact with customers who have technical and administrative issues
- Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust standards, systems, and processes in terms of training administration support
- Document solutions and decisions for Stakeholders to confirm.
- Chase owners or actions, escalates when required, ability to push-back in a documented way
- Manages changes in matrix organization
- Report issues to Senior Stakeholders
- Document informed decisions on Designs and Solutions, for Internal or external stakeholders
- Collaborate / communicate with ITS, L&D and Hiring Teams
- May cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers
- Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL Managers

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Graduate ( Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in any discipline )
- Management Qualification ( preferable)
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Proficiency with various training management systems i.e., My Talent World for DHL
- Possesses good knowledge of different training software systems
- Strong English skillset in verbal/written is required
- Knowledge on visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to consistently manage demanding internal and external senior stakeholder
