Chat Support Executive

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Chat Support Representative to join our customer support team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through online chat interactions. If you are a skilled communicator with a passion for helping others, we would love to have you on board.
**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Assistance**: Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via chat, ensuring accurate and helpful responses.
**Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, providing step-by-step instructions when necessary or escalating issues to higher-level support when required.
**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, to facilitate issue tracking and resolution.
**Customer Education**: Educate customers about product features, policies, and procedures to enhance their overall experience and minimize future issues.
**Quality Assurance**: Adhere to established customer service standards and guidelines to maintain service quality and consistency.
**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer issues that may require cross-functional coordination.
**Feedback Management**: Gather and relay customer feedback and insights to the appropriate teams to help improve products and services.
**Multitasking**: Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Proven customer support experience or relevant work experience.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with customer support software and chat platforms.
- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
- Knowledge of the industry and product offerings is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹11,161.47 - ₹32,199.14 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
