Attracting and retaining top talent in today's increasingly competitive job market can be challenging. We set out on this difficult task in 2016 to help our partners stand out and build an employer brand that attracts top talent.

**About the Role**:
We assist our partners in overcoming Employer Branding, Diversity, and Inclusion challenges. We have dedicated a section on our website for companies to share Video Job descriptions for critical job roles organizations trying to close.

Video Jd?s provide engaging and insightful content without jobseekers to go through boring textual ones.

They enable organizations to communicate brand identity and values effectively

In a nutshell, this position requires a mix of marketing tactics and strategies.

**What you will be doing**:

- You will be the _Product Marketing Specialist for Video JD?s_ will be responsible for evangelizing our strategic initiatives products (Checkout out our Video JD pitch here)
- Wear your Creative Hats and get excited to ideate and implement Product marketing campaigns along with creating compelling creatives for the Brand using tools like Canva, Powtoon, Adobe, Wix, Doodly & others
- We want somebody who is enthusiastic, driven and can run GTM'S for our products PAN India and is ready to wear multiple hats all the way ranging from a marketer, product champion to a sales protagonist.
- Responsible for executing client campaigns, measuring its performance and presenting case-studies
- As the Product Marketing Owner for Video JD?s, you will be responsible for end-to-end Client Engagement (with our partners spanned across cities) and manage CRM/ automation tools such as Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Google Analytics
- High degree of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Tech, Product Activation, Customer success teams is expected
- You get to work closely with Business heads and present key business metrics such as Growth, Retention which means you need to be comfortable with numbers, graphs and have a working knowledge of Google/Microsoft Suite.
