**Job Title: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)**

As a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing the CSR initiatives of our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks designed to promote our company's commitment to social and environmental sustainability, ethical business practices, and community engagement. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of CSR strategies that align with the company's values and goals.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine the organization's CSR strategy.
- Identify key focus areas for CSR initiatives based on industry trends, stakeholder expectations, and business priorities.
- Set measurable goals and objectives for CSR programs in alignment with the company's mission and values.

**2. Program Implementation**:

- Plan, develop, and execute CSR initiatives and projects, such as sustainability programs, philanthropic activities, employee volunteerism, and partnerships with NGOs.
- Monitor and manage the progress of CSR projects to ensure they are on track and achieving desired outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to integrate CSR considerations into various business processes.

**3. Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, suppliers, and local communities, to communicate CSR efforts and gather feedback.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with nonprofit organizations, community groups, and government bodies to strengthen the organization's CSR network.

**4. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Collect and analyse data related to CSR initiatives to measure their impact and effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, showcasing the organization's CSR achievements and progress.

**5. Compliance and Ethics**:

- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to CSR and sustainability.
- Ensure that the organization's CSR activities adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

**6. Communication and Awareness**:

- Develop and execute communication strategies to raise awareness of the organization's CSR initiatives both internally and externally.
- Use various channels, such as social media, press releases, and internal communications, to share updates and success stories.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of sustainability principles, social impact, and ethical business practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on CSR metrics.
- Familiarity with relevant CSR frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, ISO 26000) is a plus.
- Passion for making a positive impact on society and the environment.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Corporate social responsibility: 4 years (preferred)
