Job Title: Support Executive

Location: Jaipur

Department: Customer Success

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Support Executive

graduate with a strong understanding of APIs, a minimum of 3 years of experience in

customer support and exceptional customer-handling skills. This role involves providing

technical assistance and excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their issues are

resolved efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via various communication channels
- Assist customers in understanding and using our products and services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or development teams as

needed.

API Support:

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our APIs and their functionality.
- Troubleshoot API-related issues and provide guidance to customers.

Documentation:

- Create and maintain clear and concise support documentation, including

FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
- Keep documentation up to date with product changes and improvements.

Customer Satisfaction:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive, empathetic,

and professional communication.
- Monitor and track customer feedback and address any recurring issues

proactively.

Technical Skills:

- Stay up to date with product updates and enhancements.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand new features and

improvements.

Reporting:

- Provide regular reports on customer support metrics and performance.
- Identify trends and suggest improvements based on support data.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Strong understanding of APIs and technical concepts.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.

Knowledge of SaaS industry is a plus.

Working Conditions:This role requires a roaster for six days working and occasional evening or weekend

work to support customers in different time zones.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹153,092.89 - ₹300,000.00 per year
