The details of the approach are mentioned in the snapshot below. This includes enabling Academic & Administrative Officers (Extension Officers, BEOs, DIETs, SCERT) to effectively lead quality improvement programs and run their departments.

**About the Role: Description & Responsibilities**

An Administrative Assistant is a supportive role in an office. You are responsible for managing and distributing information among co-workers, answering common phone calls, and doing other administrative work. We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Office Management**
- Housekeeping Management - Manage office help to ensure office hygiene and cleanliness
- Procuring stationery and cleaning supplies
- Procuring refreshment supplies
- Repairs & Maintenance of the AP office
- Inventory Management - managing the office assets and materials, maintaining documentation
- Office internet management

**Data Management and Updating**
- Government Data work like MOU/ procuring stamps for MOU
- Procurement of goods/services to support specific project requirements
- Photocopying/Printing and Stationery Work
- Managing office Events and coordinate with Vendors, Shopkeepers, maintaining bills

**Support to other staff members**
- Logistic management for team meetings, stepbacks, board meetings
- Provide tea/ Coffee for staff on a daily basis / need basis
- Arrange and Provide refreshments when external stakeholders visit AP office
- Support Finance Associate with filing monthly reimbursements
- Support HR Associate with HR related tasks

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Skills and Capabilities**:

- Educational Qualification: H.S.C. pass (required)
- Must be able to write and type in English, Telugu and understand English. Hindi is optional but preferred.
- Ability to take initiative and work in an autonomous semi structured environment
- Adaptability to change responsibilities and resourcefulness to respond to change
- High openness to learning
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with multiple vendors
- Patience and resilience to stick it out in the face of setbacks and uncertainties

**Location and Compensation**: 2.16 - 2.40 lakh INR P.A based on experience.

**Location**: Vijayawada. Occasional travel within Andhra Pradesh.
