Claim Processing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1) Claims Processing: Learn and follow the established claims processing procedures.
Review and validate insurance claims for accuracy and completeness. Input and update claim information in the company's database.
2) Policy Interpretation: Develop a solid understanding of insurance policies and coverage details. Interpret policy terms and conditions to determine the eligibility of claims.
3) Customer Service: Communicate with clients, policyholders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information. Provide assistance and information regarding the claims process.
4) Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized claim files. Ensure all required documentation is collected and properly recorded.
5) Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
6) Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per year
