**Job Overview**: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing sales opportunities with businesses seeking marketing services. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored marketing solutions that align with their business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- **Needs Assessment**: Understand client needs, pain points, and objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customized proposals and marketing strategies.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to potential clients, showcasing our agency's capabilities and past successes.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and deliverables. Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- **Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: fresher -5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a marketing agency or a related industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of marketing services and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
