**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and research potential B2B and B2C clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities for sales.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with both B2B and B2C clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering personalized solutions and addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:

- Present our products/services to prospective clients, showcasing their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Conduct product demonstrations or trials as needed to illustrate the functionality and benefits of our offerings.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements that meet their needs while maximizing company revenue.
- Close sales deals in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary documentation and contracts are completed accurately.
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target both B2B and B2C markets effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify new opportunities, market trends, and areas for growth.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, sales pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in the industry relevant to the company's products/services is a plus.
