Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team, coordinate between Executives, technical teams and sales, maintain client data, prepare reports, and ensure smooth communication and task management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Task Coordination**: Communicate and monitor assigned tasks.
- **Follow-ups**: Ensure timely follow-up with sales and internal teams.
- **Software Management**: Work with software tools for daily tasks and reporting.
- **Reports & MIS**: Prepare MIS reports for decision-making.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update client and sales databases.
- **Team Coordination**: Act as a bridge between the sales and technical teams.
- **Sales Support**: Support operational tasks like data management and scheduling.
- **Order Processing**: Handle order processing with accuracy.
- **Payment Follow-up**: Track payments and maintain debtor records.
- **Customer Support**: Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and complaints.

- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Build positive relationships with teams and customers.
- **Analytical Skills**: Analyze data and create reports.
- **Organizational Skills**: Manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
