**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments of the workplace, equipment, and processes.
- Identify and analyze potential hazards, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with department heads and employees to promote a safety-conscious culture and provide training on safety protocols.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and report findings to management with recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain safety records and documentation, including incident reports, safety meeting minutes, and training records.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, updates in safety regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of safety standards.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities for necessary permits and approvals related to safety compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Safety or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Safety Officer Company having knowledge of forklift operations.
- Knowledge of local and national safety regulations and standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and conduct safety training programs.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,026.48 - ₹25,000.00 per month
