**Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)**

We wish to change a traveller’s experience during their stay at a hotel by providing a contactless yet personalised travel

We are looking for a colleague with an entrepreneurial mindset (preferably with startup experience or a hospitality brand and minimum 2 years of experience). The primary focus areas for this role will be to lead and implement market research, develop and lead our go-to-market strategies, support the enablement of our organisation, and drive brand awareness for top of funnel growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be involved in the decision-making process from day one as well as Tech,
Product, Marketing and more.
- Develop, lead and execute Voyal’s go-to-market strategies
- Develop go-to-market collateral, sales material, and competitive intelligence
information to enable sales organisation success.
- Establish Voyals position as an industry thought leader through the creation of
blogs. posts and articles

**Qualifications**:

- You’re a proven Marketer with few years of experience, and have supported or
managed growth marketing / lead generation programs and teams.
- Your data-driven with a strong test-and-learn demeanour and ability to think out of
the box to determine new growth opportunities.
- You possess the ability to learn and stay current around emerging technologies
- You have market knowledge of Hospitality Service Models
- Ideally, you’ve also: Helped translate Growth and Lead Generation targets into
SEM, Organic and Paid digital marketing campaigns and offers needed to generate
marketing qualified leads.
