After Effects Video Creator with OSL Expertise

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Video Creation & Animation: Develop high-quality video content using Adobe After Effects, integrating complex animations, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- OSL Implementation: Utilize Open Shading Language (OSL) to create and implement custom shaders and effects within After Effects, enhancing the visual impact of our projects.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video projects, ensuring they meet the desired look and feel.
- Storyboarding & Scripting: Assist in the development of storyboards and scripts, providing input on visual storytelling and animation techniques.
- Technical Proficiency: Maintain a strong understanding of video codecs, compression techniques, and file formats to ensure optimal video quality and performance.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in video production, motion graphics, and animation to continuously improve and innovate our offerings.
- Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality checks on all video content, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and high production standards.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Proven experience as a Video Creator or Motion Graphics Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in Adobe After Effects.
- OSL Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in Open Shading Language (OSL), with experience creating custom shaders and integrating them into After Effects projects.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
- Creativity: Exceptional creative skills with a keen eye for detail, color, composition, and storytelling.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and optimizing workflows.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Visual Effects, Film, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with 3D Software: Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation tools, enhancing the ability to integrate 3D elements into After Effects projects.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the advertising, marketing, or entertainment industries and how video content drives engagement and brand success.
- Innovative Thinking: Ability to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table and push the boundaries of traditional video content creation.
