**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support our Fundraising and Advocacy teams by creating high-quality, compelling, digital first video content to inspire our audiences and pull in new ones, drive brand awareness and acquire new donors.
- Execute briefs that put our brand into motion and turn ideas into successful scroll-stopping video content for our social media in our tone of voice.
- Produce stunning video content, especially reels, using tools such as Premier
Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign and Photoshop
- Deep understanding of usage and clear requirements for music rights, footage and images.
- Confident in subtitling our video content.
- Input ideas in preparation of shoots showing clear grasp of our brand and its objectives.

**Essential Skills & Requirements**
- Proven background in video content creation within the digital space.
- Proactive, fast and flexible problem-solver with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Knowledgeable of the evolving media landscape. We’re looking for someone who is curious and keeps up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platforms.
- Fluency in Digital formats with a great ability to transform creative ideas into premium video assets that spark meaningful conversations and increase brand loyalty, ultimately converting fans.
- Deep understanding of usage and clear requirements for music rights, footage and images.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, their audience and best practices.
- Great attention to detail together with a strong ability to respect deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- Experience working in a creative agency is preferred.

Still I Rise, una ONG internazionale, lavora allo sviluppo e alla realizzazione di progetti umanitari finalizzati all'educazione e al sostegno di bambini e adolescenti rifugiati, è alla ricerca di un Digital Video Creator che si unisca al Dipartimento di Raccolta
Fondi, Still I Rise. **La figura selezionata sarà incaricata di creare e modificare contenuti video per l’utilizzo attraverso le nostre piattaforme digitali, supportando le campagne di Advocacy e Raccolte Fondi per Still I Rise.**

**Responsabilità Principali**
- Supportare i nostri team di Fundraising e Advocacy creando contenuti video di alta qualità, avvincenti e digitali per ispirare il nostro pubblico e attirarne di nuovi, promuovendo l’organizzazione e acquisendo nuovi donatori.
- Eseguire “brief” che veicolano la presenza del nostro marchio online e trasformare le idee in contenuti video di successo per i nostri canali social, che siano “scroll-stopping”, in linea con il tono di voce di Still I Rise.
- Produrre contenuti video straordinari, soprattutto reels, utilizzando strumenti come Premier Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign e Photoshop.
- Conoscenza approfondita dell'utilizzo e dei requisiti fondamentali circa i diritti musicali, i filmati e le immagini.
- Confident in subtitling our video content.
- Inserire idee in preparazione di servizi fotografici mostrando una chiara comprensione del nostro marchio e dei suoi obiettivi.

**Requisiti Essenziali**
- Comprovata esperienza nella creazione di contenuti video nello spazio digitale.
- Capacità di problem-solving, con proattività, velocità e flessibilità, e capacità di pensare in modo strategico e creativo.
- Conoscenza del panorama mediatico in evoluzione. Personalità curiosa e sempre aggiornata sulle ultime tendenze e piattaforme dei social media.
- Dimestichezza e sicurezza nel lavorare su formati digitali, con grande capacità di trasformare le idee creative in video di alta qualità che inneschino conversazioni significative e aumentino la fedeltà nei confronti del brand, incrementando la loro propensione al dono.
- Forte conoscenza delle piattaforme digitali, del loro pubblico e delle best-practices di ciascuna.
- Estrema attenzione ai dettagli e una forte abilità di rispettare le scadenze e di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico.
- Comprovata esperienza lavorativa in agenzie creative e digitali è considerata un plus.
