- The Digital Support Utility is a new, dynamic and evolving team driving digital transformation strategy under Securities Services, which supports clients and investors globally in becoming more self sufficient by utilising the digital platforms available to them.
- The Digital Support Utility Administrator will work alongside Operations in updating data as instructed by Investors to the Digital Platforms. The main objective is to ensure system records of Investors data are accurate and updated on a timely basis to the system to ensure accurate reflection in the digital platform Investor Insight..

**What you’ll do**:

- The role offers a diverse range of responsibilities to include but not limited to
- Compile Client onboarding documents and files.
- Perform Client & Investor Onboarding, Account Set up and Maintenance procedures.
- Reporting to interested parties such as the Fund Accountants, Investors, Distributors, Fund/Asset Management Companies.
- End of Day Activities.
- And any other activities pertaining to Digtial Support Utilities which may be introduced in future.
Requirements

**What you will need to succeed in the role**:
**Qualifications**
- Commerce Graduate is essential, Post Graduate degree in commerce and Accounts would be an added advantage.

**Professional Skills & Experience**
- Knowledge of securities industry, Mutual funds, hedged funds, role of Transfer Agents, Registrars, Custodian etc. are desirable.

**Personal Skills & Qualities**:

- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively in English, both oral and written.
- Multi-cultural background or experience, ability to work across broad range of cultures in support of HSBC Group values and objectives.
- Be service oriented and customer focused.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills in Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Good team player and able to work well independently.
- Ability to ensure deadlines controls and procedures are adhered to.
- Undertand the sensitivites associated with Investor Data and adhere to HSBC policies and local regulations around same.
